Description
CuInP2S6 Crystal
Worlds largest size crystals: CuInP2S6 is characterized as a ferroelectric semiconductor with two-dimensional properties, exhibiting a Curie temperature of approximately 315 Kelvin. The interlayer bonding is facilitated through van der Waals interactions, enabling the material to undergo exfoliation into ultrathin two-dimensional layers. This unique combination of ferroelectricity and semiconductor behavior, coupled with the ease of layer separation, makes CuInP2S6 a promising candidate for various electronic and optoelectronic applications.
Our CuInP2S6 is grown using flux zone growth to ensure 6N purity and highest crystallinity after months of synthesis.
