Description
SnBi2Te4
SnBi2Te4 is a member of the family of topological insulators. SnBi2Te4 are best known for its topological insulator properties. SnBi2Te4 has a layered crystal structure, and it belongs to the space group R-3m (No. 166) in the hexagonal crystal system. The layers in SnBi2Te4 consist of sheets of covalently bonded Te-Bi-Te-Bi planes, with tin (Sn) atoms situated between these layers.
Our SnBi2Te4 crystals have been synthesized using flux zone growth approach at 6N purities.
