The properties of WSe2 crystals

Vanadium doped WSe2 crystals have been shown to be ferromagnetic 2D semiconductor in the literature. Our crystals have been developed at 5% V dopant ratio. Naturally these crystals exhibit p-type electronic response and their magnetic properties still remain largely unexplored.
