Description
YBCO wafers
YBCO is a high temperature superconductor with Tc~80-100K superconducting temperature and also exhibits interesting superconducting phases at cryogenic temperatures. Our material is grown by molecular epitaxy (MBE) onto epitaxial surface (Lanthanium aluminum oxide LAO) surface. Typical thickness measures 100nm to create stable superconducting phase.
