Description

Bridgman and chemical vapor transport synthesized Sb2Se3 crystals. Our recently developed Bridgman grown Sb2Se3 are single crystals that measure 1cm or larger in size with 6N or higher purity. CVT grown Sb2Se3 crystals measure also ~1cm in size but exhibit lower purity (rated at 99.9995% purity) and polycrystallinity. Both Sb2Se3 crystals are perfectly layered and ready for exfoliation. Our products exhibit strong Raman signal, excellent environmental stability, and high crystalline order. 

Product description

Antimony triselenide is the chemical compound with the formula Sb2Se3 which crystallizes in an orthorhombic space group. It is a layered crystal with easy to exfoliate characteristics using mechanical tape. We guarantee easy exfoliation and high yield rates. Sb2Se3 shares striking structural and physical similarities with topological insulator Sb2Te3. Recently, Sb2Se3 has been predicted possess topological insulator state[1-3], superconductivity [4], and high thermoelectric efficiency.
