Introducing our Single Wall Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs) solution, featuring SWCNT flakes dispersed in ethanol (or other solvent options available upon request). Developed through vapor liquid solid (VLS) growth, high-quality SWCNT undergoes ultrasonic treatment to form SWCNT solutions for top-notch quality and dispersion.
Our SWCNT solution undergoes rigorous testing, confirming crystallinity through Electron Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDAX), Raman Spectroscopy (FWHM<5 cm-1), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The lateral sizes of SWCNTs range from ~10nm to ~5 micrometers in length.
For your convenience, we offer supersaturated 2D solutions (~100-300 mg/L) in large size 8mL bottles to comply with international shipping regulations. These solutions can be easily diluted to produce larger volume solutions (250-500mL). While ethanol is our recommended dispersant solvent due to its stability and dispersant properties, alternative solvent options are available upon request.
